In this episode of the Breathe Love & Magic podcast, I will talk to Lisa Erickson, who is a very successful energy healer and author. We cover many topics, such as the healing of trauma, the power of being a survivor, dating, and how women protect themselves so much that they end up single.

We also immerse ourselves in the energy of dating and how to keep the vibe of what you want when it comes to attracting lasting love. It’s always fun when you meet a professional with similar ideas and share similar views on what works best to get the results our clients want most. Some good stories come to light as we share our efforts to help others on their journey.

Lisa Erickson is an energy worker who specializes in women’s energy, healing sexual trauma, chakra manifestation, and kundalini awakening. She is the author of Chakra empowerment for women i The art and science of meditation, both published by Llewellyn Worldwide. It helps people through the major vital transits and trauma healing, with a particular focus on women’s sexual trauma.

Lisa is certified in mindfulness and trauma sensitivity meditation instruction, and has trained in a variety of energy and kundalini healing modalities, including internationally recognized healer and author Cyndi Dale. She is certified in the somatic technique Feeding Your Demons through Lama Tsutrim Allione.

He is a member of the International Association of Meditation Instructors, the Association of Practitioners of Energy Medicine, and the Breathe Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting holistic healing and healing for survivors of sexual trauma.
